The Kranzle factory has increased manufacturing capacity in comparison to capabilities in 2020
The UK has seen more machines in the first six months of 2021 than we did in the same period in 2020

However,
With the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic; there has been shortages of raw materials and some components used but not manufacturered by Kranzle such as start capacitors, which are fitted to all single-phase electric machines and our existing suppliers of high-pressure hose have long lead times on our expanding order sizes, meaning we are running out of it and there are shortages of copper: used both in the windings of the motors and in part to form the special brass pump head.

    • We are doing everything possible to expand our resources, develop new supply chains and to increase production in hope that despite increased production, that delays to consumers do not last.

    When are we expecting stock to arrive from Germany?

    Typically as the importer; we are now (as of 1st March 2021) taking in partial deliveries from the factory which are arriving aprox. every 2-3 weeks.
    Though current build schedules and component/material availabiltiy indicates aproximately 6-12 weeks between production runs of each version of machine.
    Effectively, with a slight increase on production levels the UK is experiencing a delay on lead times in receiving machines that have been ordered with the factory compared to scope of delivery in 2020.


    We have received very little guidance from the manufacturer as to what and when particular machines will be built/sent to the UK,
    typically finding out only 10 days to 1 week before those available, built machines arrive.

    Please check availability with your supplier as they should have pre-orders with Kranzle UK (the importer) for machines for when they arrive in to the UK.
