Inspections
Pressure washers must be inspected according to the "Guidelines for Liquid Spray Devices" at least every 12 months by a qualified person, to ensure that continued safe operation is guaranteed. The results of the inspection are to be recorded in writing.  This can be done in the machine's Handbook.

Accident prevention
Kranzle pressure washers are designed for accidents to be impossible if used correctly.
The operator must be notified of the risk of injury from hot machine parts and the high pressure water jet and the Safety Information, as part of the "Guidelines for Liquid Spray Devices" must be followed.

Warranty
The warranty covers material and/or workmanship related defects and does not extend to ordinary wear.
Machines must be operated according to the operating instructions, supplied with the machine, which form part of the warranty conditions.
Machines designed to be used in a horizontal position must not be operated in an upright position.
Pressure washers sold directly to private customers are warrantied for a period of 24 months. The manufacturers warranty for machines being used commercially or industrial use is 12 months.  However this can be extended by the supplier to 24 months if the machine is regularly serviced by an Approved Kranzle Service Agent. In the case of any warranty claim please have your machine together with accessories and your purchase documents ready and contact your supplier or ourselves.
Warranty is void in cases where the machine or any of the safety devices have been modified, where non Kranzle replacement parts have been used that have not been authorized by Kranzle or in the event that maximum temperature has been exceeded.  Damage caused to the machine by a contaminated or inadequate water supply is not covered by the warranty (See Operator Manuals & Instructions) - this also applies to damage caused by an inadequate power supply or the use of extension cables that are not 2.5mm cross section.  The gun, lance, nozzle, high pressure hose and O rings are considered to be wear parts and are not included in this warranty.

Oil change
The oil in your high pressure pump should be changed after approximately 40 hours of operation, or no later than when it takes on a grey or milky colour. This colour change is due to absorption of moisture by the oil due to high humidity and temperature fluctuations which is not uncommon with typical locations of the pressure washer during use.  Leaking water seals in the pump will speed up the absorption of water by the oil and should be replaced.  The condition of the oil and it's correct level at the oil sight glass should be checked prior to each use.  Oil seals only need replacing if oil is leaking from the machine.  If this occurs book your machine in for a service without delay.

BEWARE, many machine have a sealed oil bath and must not be over filled.
Always just cover the sight glass with the machine in its horizontal position (where applicable) or fill to between the Max and Minimum marks on the oil bottle or dip stick where appropriate to the machine.
