If you place your order between 9am and 3pm (GMT) we will usually be able to process your order immediatley. If it is after this time or at weekends we will contact you the following working day.
If you are a UK customer and you have given us your telephone number we will call you to confirm your order, check your address and take payment by credit or debit card over the phone. Your goods will then be dispatched that afternoon.
Delivery to you will be on the next working day within the UK and, unless otherwise stated, free of charge. If you live in Northern Ireland, Offshore or Scottish Highlands delivery can take up to 3 working days and there may be a small delivery charge dependant on the weight of the goods, you will be told what this is when we phone you.
If you are an overseas customer we will reply to you by email and where possible give you details of your own country's Kranzle Distributer.
