The W11/135, W15/200 and W19/160 are heavy duty large pressure washers that are designed for mounting on a wall. All units are fully automatic, starting when the trigger gun is squeezed and closing down to stand by mode after a timed delay.

The best system is for the machine to be connected to a cold or hot water supply with an inlet water pressure of close to 5 bar pressure with a flow of 2 to 3 litres of water above the pumps output. This ensures no cavitation of the pump, long seal life and efficient start up when the trigger gun is squeezed as the control mechanism detects flow rather than dropped pressure in the high pressure hose.  The use of a flow sensitive switching device means that these machines will not falsely start up as a result of slow pressure drop when connected to a ring main system or leaking hose joints or guns.

If an internal water tank is required this can be fitted at the factory and the machine will operate using a pressure switch to activate the pump and motor when the trigger gun is squeezed, this unit is also fully automatic with a delayed shut down.

The use of the highest quality materials and pump design gives outstanding performance and reliability. Of the two 3 phase machines The W15/200 has the highest operating pressure (3000 psi) whilst the W19/160 operates at a lower pressure but has more flow of water and is capable of running two trigger guns at a time.
